For me both are on the same level, just that Ange1 seemed a bit inconsistent with his fire power.

Boaster never won an international and his team always crumbles mid-tournament, when others learn their plays
If that's "good IGLing", alright
Boaster isnt a great leader
only for calling executes, gimmicks and extremely rigid plays
no flexibility or adaptiveness, no ice in the veins
