Even though acend are small. I'm pretty sure the players will prefer to stick to one of the world's best teams all together instead of splitting going to bigger orgs
I dunno about that one if an org is proposing 5 times what u making right now

He can just act out and the tram will likely end the contract or just trade him off for money.

It depends on how well they do in stage 3. If they do well and secure a spot at champions, I don't see a reason for the players to dip and not re-sign with them(unless acend is paying literal peanuts). They are competitors, they want to make a name for themselves. In the long term making a name for yourself in a scene is more important, than a paycheck an org will pay for you(unless it's astronomical & guarantees financial security).
True, only way acend sticks together guaranteed is if they just keep on winning everything and want to stay together cause they’re so dominant
