No random team era = actual thriving eSports scene in all regions and which makes sure the game isn't relevent in Just a small part of the world and ded everywhere else and all the teams around the world have a decent chance of winning

thats a good thing imo, having one team dominate for too long hurts a scene and kinda makes it boring for any fans that arent fans of the dominating team
Of course there won't be a team like Astralis. Valorant changes all the time, new agents for every 2-3 months and there's always reworks/buffs/nerfs in the existing ones. There will be always some teams adapting more into new metas than others, hence why the game might look "inconsistent".
You will never see the same meta being played in more than 1 international event.
lol you can't say that when the esports in its second year. Teams like astralis and SKT in league didn't appear till couple of years in.
because optic is one of the very few teams in NA that have consistent players that also approach and play the game in a cs-fashion.
