No really. Riot knew Jett op + Dash was a problem and were thinking of a nerf, so why release a character that does the same broken thing, but even more boring to watch?

Chamber has money, something that small indie company rito games needed so to portray their inner desire of wanting money they made chamber
one ability is a sheriff that can ads and the ult is the awp from csgo. how did they not know that they were adding a broken agent to the game. and the nerf they give him was taking away a slow.
It's a tactic, create broken agent > gamers cry > Rito nerfs that agent > gamers are like "Rito listens to us, such a great indie company" > repeat
