Sinatraaa when?

Just to quench my general curiosity, when or how long do you guys think until Sinatraaa can actually come back to pro play? We all know he announced that he is ready to return and is going to start tryouts. However, the community is still divided on his situation. So like... how long do you guys think will it take for him to return and which orgs actually have the guts to accept him?

Conduct training takes 4 months. Sinatraa is unable to train with any team or compete until conduct training is done due to Cleo's threatening e-mail to Riot. People thinking Sentinels could have picked up Sinatraa when he's literally unable to compete are legit retarded and vlr confirmed users.
