If it was that cut and dry and the evidence was that solid, he would've faced some legal punishment. All he got was a 6 month ban. I ain't saying Sinatra is a saint. His old toxic behavior shows he was immature, but he has shown that he has improved himself a lot. As for the sexual allegations, none of us will ever truly know what happened.

You have to think about everything an individual has to go through in order to prosecute someone, especially when they have a pool of financial resources to draw on to protect them legally.
