I thought it was quite balanced, but only because it seems to be an work ethic issue on the team and a Coach could really fix that. Plus with Shahz having to do everything, making comps, settings scrims and what not. It would allow him to focus on the shot calling and hone the IGL ability while the Coach could do all the behind the scenes stuff and introduce discipline.

Also, jcStani/Zander would provide more firepower, I do see a world where they get rid of dapr as well but would they replace him with? Maybe Wippie

Limited Agent Pools. IGLs shouldn't play fragging agents like Chamber and Jett because their team already has a good firepower.
