I meant that China wont make direct decision
Riot is a US based company and has to work on US protocols
China cannot oppose US decision because that would be considered as a direct support to the aggressor ( in US eyes)
Riot being located in US will show mediocre support to US government
I cannot explain it because going with all points will be too long so " tencent owns 93% doesnt mean they can directly interfere in riots decision"

its because the war is with russia and not china, if US would have sanctioned china or smh then tencent would have moved RIOT outside US or into SEA region. and moreover its not 93%, Tencent has 100% ownership in riot games as of Aug 2020.
