Known to many as "Korean Jett", Seoldam made a name for himself in the Valorant community with his flashy and uniquely aggressive playstyle on the duelist agent. He had previously competed in Japan's 2021 VCT circuit as the primary duelist for NORTHEPTION, alongside current Crazy Raccoon players Moon "Astell" Ji-won (문지원) and Ibuki "Meiy" Seki. Although having had a slow start to the year, NORTHEPTION showcased steady improvements throughout each stage of the VCT circuit. The team eventually placed third in Japan Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs and placed second in APAC Last Chance Qualifier, just shy of qualifying for Stage 3 Masters Berlin and Valorant Champions 2021 respectively.

While Seoldam's professional career may currently be on hold, Seoldam mentions in his tweet that he has the option to return to competing professionally when he wishes to do so, hinting a return to the competitive scene in the future that fans can look forward to.
