Just 2 examples from the many i noticed from today and yesterday
Timo took the line and FNS wasn’t looking at screen for a good whole 5-10 seconds, 20 seconds later he says wow timo JUST took the line
And yesterday there was 20 seconds left on the clock for erde to clutch and FNS wasn’t looking at the screen and said oh wow! I swear If the crowd didn’t scream I GAURANTEE YOU he goes through spawn (to A)
I feel like there are plenty of examples where you could say the opposite. Even in just this stream, he's constantly calling out macro details, and he does this almost every game in general. Even your examples are like overly egregious lol. He's a streamer who focuses on commentary and community engagement often more than the micro intricacies of each round. Sounds like you want him to be the Vod virtuoso
Most of the games he's like this for the teams he cares about or imp games he's still fine but tbh I've never liked watching costreams I just watch the official.
His love for such a hateable team will be his downfall.
this is why you need to watch sideshow/tmv/shyo costreams where they're actually talking about something entertaining when the match is boring and paying attention when it isnt

It’s fine and it’s also not as bad as you said it is, and even if it was, not everyone want to listen to a full analytical co streamer, I feel like fns is the most balanced on every aspect as someone who just wants to be entertained and not focus on every little aspect of the game
