currently am ass but i would go on training arc before i actually go there
i think chinese esports will continue to fall off
ever since the HEAVY gaming restrictions for minors its hard to cultivate young esports talent
nowadays in the mainland, esports orgs start the recruitment and talent development from 18 onwards since that is when they actually are legally able to properly put in practice time
thats why you see the same names recycled around tier 1 or the heavy importing from HK and taiwan since they can bypass the restrictions
in all honesty, if you know some chinese and make it to emea tier 2 and play well, you actually have a good chance of being picked up in china in the future
the domestic talent pool will only continue to stagnate due to legal restrictions
This is an interesting point. It makes sense those gaming restrictions for will hamper the local talent pool.
This is what happens when China was auto included as their own region without any kind of test. They should've grouped them to compete in APAC circuit rather than having their own region. They just lacking the strength to match the Americas/PAC/EMEA regions
