I wanna hear y'all opinions. Not in order within the tiers. Just in terms of strength not predicting if teams make it out of groups or not.
S: 100thieves, Loud, NS, Paper Rex
A: Ge Kc Nrg Tyloo
B: Vit T1 EDG G2
C: Fut Tl Xlg Jdg
S Tier
100thieves: 1st seed in the strongest region. They have been strong ever since EWC.
Loud: Generational talents just like LEV. They are very strong, might go on a run,
NS: Still think NS is better than GE, just a very sound team in the way they play with Neon.
PRX: PRX have never let us down in an international apart from GFs. They will step up during this international.
A Tier:
GE. The coach loves to analyse teams and anti-strat with his background in data. However with teams given this much time to prep it will be much harder. No star player either.
Kc: I'll just put them here since they're the 1st seed. I have no clue how cos I didn't watch a single Kc game.
NRG: Bonkar is a very good coach and along with prep time they should be very prepared for champions. They play very micro heavy, so beating these worse teams should be fairly easy.
Tyloo: Bottom of A tier. Idk mechanically gifted but a bit inexperienced. But Siufat should help a lot with this teams calling. Hopefully splash doesn't underperform like he tends to.
B Tier: Flawed either Mechanically or Tactically
Vit: Superteam? ? ?
T1: Heavily mechanically reliant team, got good players so who knows
EDG: The team I've supported but damn they are shit. Not a single good map in their map pool but alas we pray that Stew is the next coming of Derke.
G2: Bad form and lost their identity a bit. Also Roster rumours won't help the team atmosphere. But I doubt they will go 0-2 like London and might win some games, hence not in C Tier
C Tier:
XLG: Happywei Shit= XLG shit . Happywei not in form rn.
JDG: FLuke ass run, I just don't believe a team can revamp it's entire identity in such a short time.
Team Liquid: Classic 1-2 But even worse this team cos they're changing a player right before champs
FUT: Not going to be doing shit at champs. Heavily reliant on Double Duelist, barely any strategy, xeus isn't in form rn.
