I think it entirely depends on what Riot does with the Meta next season, every year Riot does a big shift in the meat whether its with a New Agent release or Balance changes. Next year is basically a new birth for VALORANT as a competitive game with how the system is being completely revamped so there bound to be new additons and changes to the Meta as well
However if the Meta generally remains the same, which is Double Duelist still being the clear route, G2 would love to pick up another Duelist player. Our Options are:
- OXY
- Zekken
- Any Tier2 Prospect like Boni/Sonofcar and dare i say Canezerra after his ban
But if what the Meta shifts? What if goes back to what it was for years with it being a Double Initiator meta or just simply moves away from being Double Duelist dominant. G2 would have to sign Flex players. Our Options are:
- Seven
- Nightz
- Ion2x
OXY would still be the best option for me tho, Make Sato the flex and have OXY just play hard entry or maybe switch up depends on what Map you wanna play. both of them have similar Agent pools but they play some of them better than eachother. OXY has a mean Jett and Sato has an amazing Phoenix, Sato got a better Yoru and OXY has a good Raze. Theyre both good on Neon and Waylay and the rest dont really matter.
