Here are my thoughts:
LEV: N/A
FUR: -c0m, Shyy/artzin/koalanoob should all be replaceable for the right player
MIBR: -tex, depending on how the import rules work maybe you have to let go of zekken and Verno (I haven't read up on the rules)
KRU: -saadhak -Dante, honestly Less/mw/heat is a good core but they are all brazilian so IDK if thats what KRU want
SEN: -Jonah -Jerrwin, I don't hate jerrwin but if someone like zekken becomes available you have to go for it. +zekken +crashies or Verno would be the dream scenario.
NV: just nuke the roster bro
C9: Call me crazy but I think they should stick with the roster. Obviously no one is untouchable (except maybe OXY) but I don't hate any of the tier 2 players, v1c is not bad, and Zellsis is necessary when you have such a young team.
EG: -supamen, maybe -bao. I like Paincakes and the other two should be their core.
Possible replacements:
The M80 and SRB squads should be up for grabs.
eeiu and yay are two players I would love to get a spot.
crashies is returning potentially.
