that can't happen, we already know that hiro is going to TH and ruxic is going to VIT
TH can't get hiro since they already have their 2 imports (riens and woot).

He doesn't have to "represent" the Netherlands to count as an EU player on the contract database. He is turkish by blood (which is what you care about), but that isn't the important part
thats not how it works lol , if you have 2 diffrent passport u need to choose one nation for represent and he choose turkey for represent so it makes him import and not EU player. also he messeged to vlr admins for change his flag on vlrgg. u can ask him if you want
