Like I know it’s competition but for ffs man. Could they not have replaced him any sooner? Like GSR was 18 on August 9. It feels kind of scummy to just throw purp0 under the bus AFTER they qualified.

It's definitely scummy timing but it is the 'right' decision. Everyone expected TL to bomb out in groups with their Stage 2 roster. GSR is one of the biggest T2 prospects and raises their ceiling. The roster move should have happened already though, so Purp0 did get snaked which sucks.
Ngl they prolly wanted to replace kicks but then kicks picked it the fuck up and purpo went down so they just waited to see what would happen and the scales tipped so yeah
