what is your favorite pokemon generation

for me its BY FAR gen 6. has my 2 favorite pokemon that being sylveon and fennekin/braixen, has the best anime out of every gen, introduces fairy type aka best type. kalos also has my favorite gym leader korrina. also has the best character in pokemon (serena) and they actually done the child character right with bonnie unlike that annoying mf max from hoenn. not to mention the starters, fennekin and froakie are 2 out of my 3 favorite starters. the only things that suck about gen 6 are the games tbh. kalos best i will die on this hill.

tell me which gen is your favorite and why

gen 5, a ton of charming characters, N is arguably the most well written character in the franchise, and imo the best non-dlc legendaries. Also the best scenery and locations in my opinion

3, FRLG are the best remakes, RSE are the best games, Hoenn has the best legendaries, team aqua and magma are the best villains, Gen 3 added abilities and natures, the concept of different bikes was cool, etc
