I’m bored, how do a team recovered from this. They had many opportunities but they just wasn’t good enough, every time. No excitement felt, no clout, not even bundle sale. Obviously, nothing that a few roster changes can’t fix but sen scouting has not delivered compared to teams like 100T and Lev, playing under sen feels like a debuff now.

ppl may disagree but the beginning of the end was building the entirety of Cubert/ their future around reduxx
like reduxx is an ok to pretty decent player, but making him their whole future, their whole plan, was fucking stupid
they should have just made Zekken and John priority, let John play smokes full time, get a good senti, get a good scan player, maybe let N4RRATE play as flex, but instead they gave the keys to Kaplan who decided Reduxx and N4RRATE duelist was worth more than an established superstar
now the issue is they have teams like G2, NRG and god knows who else possibly tempting him with more money. nobody is letting them get a free run at Zekken
the problem wasn't simply making the team "around" reduxx (cuz he did deliver, he was one of the few bright spots this year and clearly deserved his spot) but that the academy was only for reduxx despite the insane amount of talent they had on it. You can't just have Skuba+Nightz+Nismo on your academy and let them all go to waste
they sold Skuba before stage 2 last year and they let nightz go. Also I highly doubt Kaplan had the final say on reduxx's inclusion on the team

And yes kaplan did have the final say on that 26 team its part of why he was fired, Sen management disagreed with the direction he was going in but contractually it was up to kaplan
I know that but Rob had been extremely clear for several years that Reduxx WAS going to have a spot on the team eventually hence why I don't think Kaplan actually had a choice about it.
