The fact that this team won VCL japan is making me question the level of play there.

Nah they would have done 10 times better... Rossi showed scrim results on his stream recently and they were so insane.. but he also said they over trained so much that the team got hit by fatigue during the long ass break they had in between playoffs and group stage of split 2.

not really, as long as your region is developing talent there is always a chance. But you guys will probably have 1-2 imports on most of your best teams next year.

and if Derke and Jamppi are last alive they comm in Finnish

my theory is pkm doesnt speak japanese so thats why margaret comms to him in korean and so on.
but it would make more sense if he translated to the 3 japanese players first. idk
if yuran, kippei, misaya, margaret speak japanese
and kippei, misaya, margaret, pkm speak english
then they probably comm a mixture of english/japanese and then margaret and pkm comm in korean when in a 2vX situation or whatever
i think only pkm and kippei speak a bit of english from all the information we've gathered
idk chobra was confused between misaya and someone else he didnt exactly confirm who was the one translating to japanese from english. but someone in this thread also mentioned kippei is fluent in english so maybe its him not misaya
im gonna actually look at all their interviews to check who speaks what
so far:
Kippei - speaks Japanese and English fluently
Misaya - speaks Japanese and comms in English too
Pkm - speaks English and Korean and some Japanese (he spoke in Japanese between maps i think)
margaret - speaks Korean (maybe Japanese im not too sure)
yuran - speaks only Japanese

Yea but it's different, i literally can not think of another team that uses more than 2 active languages when all 5 players are alive. But its quite common for players that speak a common native language to change to that native language when they are the last alive (kingg and neon on lev for example)
