all the ewc events are happening at paris tho. why would they postpone this to next year

Yeah, but mainly because Valorant’s best player, Forsaken, isn’t participating. They probably knew it would be a flop, so instead of putting on a disappointing show, they decided to postpone it until 2027.
They postponed the entire event because the ceasefire with Iran just ended and they cannot guarantee security I promise they don’t care if “f0rsaken” is attending the valorant LAN or not
im confused why are half of the events being held in paris and half in riyadh? and if they're concerned about the safety just hold it in paris? like tf
EWC lan is higher priority so was moved to paris, it’s probably just not feasible to do it again

this kind of sucks because some players on the indian enc roster were wanting to retire after a bad showing at south asia split, and were only looking forward to enc now they have to wait another dreadful year. they might not even play at that point.
If they want to retire than they never loved what they are doing in the first place.

its not just that, these players have been in the indian scene since the start of the game. its harder on them since they are stuck on bad teams and could flourish with better teammates. who blames them for wanting to retire

ENC is in Riyadh right? I think it might be to do with uncertainties over current war situations
