After OXY dropped 27 more kills than the next-highest player on his team in a heartbreaking loss to EG, Cloud9 have reportedly decided that major changes are in order.
The most successful coach in VALORANT history, Ian "Immi" Harding, and the brilliant IGL Jordan "my way" Zellsis Montemurro are set to renew their contracts with Cloud9 through 2030.
When asked about the decision, Cloud9 CEO Jack Etienne had the following to say:
“They have a great vision for the game and such a long history together. The chemistry is there, and I find it amazing. I also find it amazing how they DON’T have any blackmail on me that influences my decision in any way.”
With another four years of the Zellsis way seemingly secured, only one question remains:
Will it finally be enough to carry Cloud9 to at least one international event?
