What do you think about the future of this team? Should they run it back with the same roster or should someone get benched for someone?

Cloud is locked in with long contract. (to 2029 ig). (100%)
Boaster unless he gets kicked (which is very unlikely) should re-sign. He's literally the face of this team (Like TenZ was to Sentinels). And I also dont think he will move to China without getting kicked. He announced he wont be retiring despite his unc status. (90%)
Kaajak might get replaced by someone else, but its a nobrainer, because we know what kind of moster he was back in 2025, and I think he wants to stick with this team. (Also Im unsure if he extended his contract) (75%)
Alfajer has like 1/3 chance to leave or get better offers from other wealthier orgs like Vitality, KC, (or potencially rumored Falcons) etc. (66%)
Crashies is very very very likely to leave. He's in relationship with someone in America and despite his terrible season, he will still get big offers without a doubt. (10%)

Here are my predictions:
Cloud - recon/flex, second caller
Boaster - smokes, igl
kaajak - primary duelist

Alfajer - secondary duelist, sentinel
Veqaj (or some t2 demon) - Initiator/flex

I think you dont understand how big Boaster is. If he leaves, Fnatic loses like 50% of their fanbase.
He is also the one who developed this teams structure, not the coaches, but him.

I can somewhat agree with you, he is bottom fragging all the time. And in the current meta FRAGGING IGLS > STRATS IGLS
I also expected him to go coaching, but he said he doesnt want to. Who knows how the meta will look like next seasson.

he is starting to frag if u dont count the breeze game boaster said in his interview in stage 1 after heretics defeated them that he shouldve been better for the team in order to qualify for london and farm champ points and if u look at his kd in stage 2 it might not be that much but it was better than kickoff and stage 1 he has rlly good mechanics but he would always save his paranoia for the team

boaster getting close to neutral still usually going negative instead of double negative isn't a positive especially since his calls and reads since stage 1 play offs have been awful, hes not got it anymore he needs to retire or the team will never progress

u never know what makes a main duelist play suboptimally really, u can play at 100% comfortability when u got alfa/chron/crashies behind u, but when things change u may have to adapt and that instantly affects ur whole gameplay
