GLOBAL TEAM RANKINGS:
1. NRG
- Convincingly undefeated in Stage 2
- One of the most consistent among all regions across multiple stages/events.
- While Breeze is leaving the map pool, NRG is very strong on Abyss. Icebox will be a better map compared to Split for NRG.
2. PRX
- Very consistent showings in global events.
- Strong map pool with Summit.
- First team to be guaranteed a Champs spot, has the longest time to prep.
3. LEV
- Recent Masters winners, only losing an extremely close game to NRG following the event win.
- Strong team with very few weaknesses, lots of international exposure.
- Phoenix ult nerf as well as the map rotation (-Split) might hurt them significantly, hence lower than PRX.
4. BBL
- Looked extremely strong with lovers rock back on Yoru. One of the best OPers with Yoru, taking aggressive map control/duels well.
5. 100T
- EWC Winners, defeating teams such as NRG and Nongshim.
- Strong Stage 2, with the exception of C9 loss.
- Phoenix nerf might have a small impact.
6. VIT
- Consistent results, lots of international experience.
7. GEN.G
- Credit where it's due, team looked extremely strong with t3xture popping off, solid pickups
8. MIBR
- Aspas champs buff, lots of international experience
- New map pool should be good for MIBR in theory.
9. KC
- Strong overall team, looked very strong since EWC. Dos9 is underrated in my opinion.
10. Global
- Dark horse if they can make it, let's not bomb out like the last masters.
11. G2
- Only does well regionally, hopefully we see a change.
