Org management rankings

There are lots of talks rn and we will se a lot more talks about how orgs manage their team after we say goodbye to many VCT orgs in the upcoming weeks. I think to actually measure how good the management is you need to look at the org when they are losing because its when the actual side of the org comes out.

For me, best managed orgs in partnership: NRG ( I dont think they ever made a bad roster move, almost every move made sense given the context), PRX (not giving up on the playstyle and the team even when they were 0-3 and losing 1-13 to DFM), TH (even tho they had some bad results, I dont think its because of roster moves).

Worst orgs: C9, Furia, Loud, GE (bit controversial given their recent results but lets be honest they just rolled the dice and blew up the roster every stage and luckily ended up with Patmen, xavi and autumn), TS, M8, NAVI, KOI

I didnt count them because we havent seen how they respond when they have bad results. So its tough to know if they are actually good. All the talent scouting and signing could all be down to just boaster and mini not the GM ing

PRX are great at picking up good players and keeping them good

something was genuinely pulling INSANE stats in VCJ the stage before (+62 [bo5], +49 [bo5], +18, +11, +39, +23, +2, +30, -2) and lost 3-2 to FENNEL despite a 136/74 performance so he was probably THE guy to sign in the off season

Jinggg was one of the best MY/SG duelists consistently during 2021

invy was the best player on TS - the stage before PRX signed him he was the highest rated player in APAC with his team going 11th-12th - he had a 1.26 rating, whereas his team had 0.99 (JessieVash), 0.90 (Jremy), 0.85 (Wild0reoo), 0.81 (2GE) and its not like they were terrible players like Jremy was rlly this year in VCJ its just TS has such shit management so it goes to show that this guy was the real deal

i dont think PatMen was ever the standout philippines player but he was great in 2025 with 1.15+ rating in every event he attended

even monyet was a top 5 highest rated player in 2023 APAC League
