i think ULF made a concept classic but they got sold to EF too close to the deadline for EF classic to be made

I feel like EF wasn’t even supposed to make it to Tier 1 officially. They kinda just got lucky and ended up where they are rn, so ig thats probably why Riot didn’t bother giving them a Classic skin lol
