Yes, They are the T2 leagues in EU. The winner of each gets to face each other on the promotion tournament, and the best teams will face the bottom 2 teams of the EMEA league.

Two teams get a chance to qualify to the EMEA league. Basically they give tournaments for tier two and allow the tier one teams to play for their spot in the emea leauge. A better format than our shitty na one

I am just a really big fan of the format. Gives teams to compete each other under the official organization while being part of the emea league. Doesn’t determine placement in emea leauge through one qualifier in a week and develops players. Na had to go through another qualifier in stage two

NA doesn't have the playerbase EMEA has right now, so it's only expected EMEA things would come faster. But I'm pretty sure they would invest into regional leagues for NA in the future as well. That or a kind of "second division" for NA region. But things need their time to evolve.

I am not asking a regions leauge, I am asking a riot built tier two leauge. There is a difference. Emea has regionals due to different regional players in one leauge

I dont understand why there are different formats for the different leagues. VRL Spain plays BO1, VRL Dach plays BO2, VRL Polaris plays BO3, thats so confusing.

They all have different TOs. That's the reason the format varies a bit. Like the number of invited teams and whether the teams play BO1s or BO3s in the regular season. But having an open and closed qualifier (double elimination) and a regular month long season followed by a play-offs is the general structure of VRL.
