I do believe that Inspire left a decent portion of the story out, but I don't care.
You don't kick your best player 1 day before an important qualification match. Unless he is legitimately threatening to throw the game or physically harm someone, you are a bum for even being able to think of the phrase "get the fuck out," let alone say it out loud.

aruging IS a good team system, having multiple opinions is good, being able to talk through situations with someone is genuinely helpful. Having screaming matches can even be ok if no one takes it personal and they're all still friends at the end of the day.
Obviously, it's better if you're able to have the conversations without having to yell at eachother tho
you can voice multiple opinions respectfully without screaming at each other like inspire thinks they should do
in a professional team environment NOBODY should be yelling and screaming at each other
