It's not your fault ENVY's been playing the most braindead terrible team comps in VCT to the point where you have to just copy some other teams comp and then butcher it anyway.
It's not your fault you pressured Eggster to FIRST TIME play Omen,Brimstone and Veto because yoru was nerfed and when he was lowkey performing on phoenix you still had him change to omen on some maps, nope not your fault.
It's not your fault you cannot fix a problem with one of your best players because he is hard to work and communicate with. Sabotaging him and basically pushing him out of the door is the only real solution that a real man and a good manager would do.
It's not your fault the moment you gave up on your "philosophy" and let your players just play the game with nothing to lose, they played the best valorant since kickoff. That has everything to do with the "nothing to lose" part and nothing to do with the "playing the way they got to tier 1 in the first place".
Nothing is your fault and you definitely deserve to keep your job.
