Honestly, one one side I hope for Challenger teams to make Playoffs, maybe even make Champs to prove Riot wrong in terms of franchising, on the other side I hope that no T2 team makes its out of Play-Ins to prove Riot wrong with their shitty formats. Thoughts?

Jokes aside, Tier 2 teams might make a run, which would make the 2027 franchising season more interesting with all the new changes. The format issue is less important since Riot keep experimenting to see what is favourable for the fans, but not too exhausting for the players. I would much rather see some Tier 2 teams make a good push to the playoffs. Though some of these teams have players who would not be able to play Champs, which sucks and ultimately means last-second subs come in.
I think the playins format is still too stacked against T2 teams. Enterprise were by far the strongest team in challengers this year, and they were rewarded with the harder side of the bracket (REBORN, Heretics, M8) - and if they even lose a single game but still make it through they have to start in lowers in playoffs and win out all the way to the grand final, which just isn't realistic. We should have adopted the Chinese bracket, where they just do seeding games and the #1 plays the #8 etc
