Its more the utter consistency at the very top that makes me believe that than simply winning Pacific; which lets not forget has also been considered the best region for a long while

Prx and fnatic are close tho and a huge margin for teams below them. Mj or lebron, ronaldo or messi of valorant
fnc has a way higher peak oat with almost as much consistency. Prx lost 4 finals, 3 with double map veto. That cant be a goat team, unless you overvalue consistency

Prx still manages to compete at the top level they are just known for choking the biggest matches. But yeah it depends on what ur definition of tragedy is. One dropped from the top to the ground and the other is always so close yet so far
