How do we fix them. First step is accepting that they are absolutely horrible. The most toxic and low skill server in sea. Im only complaining because I care about the state of ranked since I play like 2 hours a day. But genuinely can we collectively just stop being absolute assholes in game

delete the server so all the bad and toxic players go to different servers (mumbai server dont exist = no shitty mumbai server)
Mumbai is one of the most active servers in valorant.... Deleting it would make riot lose billions

Solid idea. Force Indian players to play with some adversity. They will realise that they need to work through the disadvantage by simply working harder. Plus they are forced to encounter real Immo-Radiant players in other servers and humbly realise that they are probably Ascendant or Low Immo.
It genuinely makes sense because if the issue is the highest level players of the Mumbai server are not improving off of one another and holding egos as if they are amazing players, they need to get a slice of humble pie from Thai, Filipino and Malay players. They will realise there is so much more to improve upon and have to leave their egos at the door if they want to feel like they are good.
Plus, it's not like anyone else wants to play Mumbai servers.

the n word is tame stuff, if they knew your race, ethnicity it gets so bad that the hard R is like a mild burn
probly coz life is f'ed up. Game is the only place where they think they can gain some kind of sense of achievement.
And yet when they enter the game, they choose to make it as insufferable as IRL for others. If they need to get their mind off of things and kick it back, play some friendslop games. Those are the best for taking your mind off of things.
there is no logic to stupidity, it is what it is sadly. Most of them dont take advice even if we give. I always just stop talking if someone gets toxic. There are some instance where i abused back to extreme. But end of the day you come to realise its useless to abuse back them. At end im making my mind toxic

How do we fix it?
There is no fix, just play five stack with your friends, play sgp servers, don't play at all or stick to being a good person and sustain the toxicity.
And ngl I think toxicity is built in in most Indian people's gene, how do you fix that?
I am not saying everyone is toxic but the ratio between you finding lobbies with a normal ingame environment and decent normal people and finding lobbies which is a toxic wasteland with lowlifes is 1:10
If your team gives zero comms or is toxic, there's nothing you can do about it. Focus on what you can improve and what's in your control. Mute them and gg.
