its probably so the names stick and get recognition by mass for their misdeeds
yeah but i dont understand why they dont use their real names instead of "Artyom Livshits"
most real names are quite boring, thus giving way for them to be forgotten, but if you give someone who has done something atrocious(i.e. the zodiac killer) then they are more likely to be remembered with infamy rather than left in the past as "some random bad guy"
if i was going into a radioactive zone with the governent ready to arrest me when i coe home i would definitely use some bs name like Timokha Ravioli
I would 100% remember a guy with the last name Ravioli than someone named "robert smith" or "thomas johnson" or some shit like that
