probably he is decent player and knows everything about the team because he is the coach... so just for one game, he is better than any TLA player.
who would u rather have a person who knows all ur strats and who u go to when things don't go ur way or a random academy player
TL don't have a academy anymore + if they wanted him to play they would have to inform riot a lot priot before nats shared that he wouldn't be able to play.
