Nah if KC can be considered top contender for EMEA(france) partnership atleast they can get partnership for dominating regionals and they're also popular. And they need a legendary sentinel not leaf(https://www.vlr.gg/697463/leaf-is-not-legendary)
they werent given a spot in 2023 its not guaranteed they get one in 2027

I still do think he's good just won't be good as primary duelist. Secondary Duelist/Flex would deffo be a good look on him
