I mean NA being good does lend some weight to EMEA coaches. I'll be the first to say the best things about Bonkar, Strong, plus my 2 personal goats NBS and Doombros.

However saying EMEA is CARRYING Americas is a crazy stretch. End of the day majority of the players are from Americas and coaches tho involved in tactics cannot play in the server
