Not gonna pretend Ive seen 1 game from this guy, but with those stats i don't think he is.
He's had a bad stage 2, But He was probably the best LATAM duelist on the market in stage 1.
1.20 KD across every duelist aside from Neon who he had a 1.06 with and probably the best entry pathing in Latam tier 2.
