Maybe we shouldn't judge region on 3 teams that got qualified in a Neon meta, since other team would may have qualified if the playoffs was played on this patch ?

Yes because making people play on an entirely different patch with close to no practice time is dumb and stupid
No because it's bad to invalidate the teams that do make it far in the event just because they could adapt better than others
I hate the "adapt" argument, no team can shine il every gamestyle, every meta give advantage to a team into another
to be a trophy contender you have to have strong fundamentals

Yeah because the other teams had the same meta and the ability to do the same. It won't be surprising if they do bad in Masters when the meta changes there.
