i just limited myself to max 2 games a day, and if i wanna play more i just deathmatch
i focused alot on improving my movement and finding out what positions i play well in, and just trying to play those comfy spots as much as possible

Sometimes that's better, you won't cook your mmr as badly. It's better to have 2 good games per day than 5 good and 5 bad games. Trust me if you are serious about climbing play 1 to 2 games a day tops. First time I reached immortal was when I got busy and could only play like 5 games a week. Never could achieve it again after going back to 5+ games a day.

yea, do alot of deathmatches and make sure to never tilt q
last act i averaged 9 deathmatches a day, and my mechanics improved alot, but make sure u dont get tilted, stay fully focused and try to figure out why u lost certain fights, bad crosshair placement, predictable movement or just bad aim
