does anyone else feel like they’re kinda just existing for no reason, like if i was about to get hit by a bus instead of trying to jump out of the way i’d kinda just accept it and be relieved that it’s all over

I was hit by a car 2 years ago and it made me appreciate life for a bit but i still inevitably fell back into depression.
ever seen the deadpool x wolverine? find your anchor being: someone that you live for, otherwise you just feel like nothing and nobody is all there is to your bliss.
i’ve never seen it, i wanted to watch it but i have a younger sister so i never had the chance to
it doesnt really change anything, my lows are still as low as they're ever been i just have a reason not to end it
just keep going until you know theres nothing else you can do, give yourself a chance at least because things can change faster than you realize
that’s what i feel like i’ve done, ive tried everything but ive never been good enough for anyone
it’s not gonna magically get better at 18 it’s not like i wake up one day with superpowers it just gets worse i have thirty times the responsibility
you also get thirty times the independence and control over yourself
i have bpd and a ton of other shit i promise you things got better in recent years when i was 18-20, when i was your age i was at absolute rock bottom
dont make a permanent decision in response to temporary struggles
yea but it doesn’t matter when i’ve literally gotten to the point where i don’t trust my own decisions in any way shape or form and am more willing to trust a coin flip’s decision than my own
my skinny body will snap in half if you bend it the wrong way im not getting paralyzed im getting thrown seventy meters
probably for like the past 3ish years, I had felt the same way you do about accepting getting hit by the hypothetical bus because I either had no romantic / platonic relationships or i was in toxic relationships / friendships. I think that the biggest thing that helped shift my attitude about my mortality was changing my mindset from noticing all of the bad things to focusing on how I can improve those issues / noticing the good things. It's definitely easier said than done, but all effort matters
this is big truth you have to put in the effort for things to get better (and this is coming from someone who can't even get out of bed some days), just do as much as you can and things will gradually improve
yes everyday just feels like torture, im not really a pessimist either i have a very positive outlook on life but the more i think about it i cant help but think that life is pointless and that anything we do to make ourselves "happy" (as in hobbies or other forms of pleasure) is just cope that we feed ourselves to distract from our absurd existence
Not even trying to be insensitive but I don’t get how people don’t feel a sense of purpose I think tbh that’s what drives life
i did but look at this tracker bro https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/knight%20karto%23kcorp/overview?platform=pc&playlist=competitive&season=ce2783e8-44fc-dd48-3da3-33b5ba6c4a22 can't be sad when i only had 2 bad game in the last 40
There's no particular reason to life but there's less reason to die, so live your life to the fullest and have as much fun as you can:p
I'll be honest.
I'm suffering from so many mental issues.
I always pray "I know You don't fulfill all of my wishes, but could You please fulfill this one? Please end my suffering."
The only reason I'm still trying to live is because of my lovely parents.
Otherwise I would've... you know.
The parents love is different, makes you want to do everything you can for them, makes you different
I don't see you as a terrible person at all. Your posts genuinely make me laugh.
Just think of this as one example that there are people out there who genuinely appreciate and cherish your existence.
if you don’t think i’m a terrible person you haven’t interacted with me enough for you to see who i am
