in their defence liquipedia says ewc 2025 for rocket league and val were on lan but several pros complained during the event that it was indeed not
and of course ewc is gonna market itself as a lan
so i guess we might not know until the actual competitors start playing

they play on LAN but the valorant's client is online so it's still 40 ping omegalul
riot prohibited the share use of offline client to 3rd party organizer so it's incredibly unlikely

I mean I don’t see why it couldn’t be LAN unless they weren’t able to find a venue after having to move to Paris. But why move it there if you didn’t have a venue yk?

Is the main VCT circuit even on LAN? I remember when EMEA was having all those problems with tech pauses a big grievance was that the matches weren’t actually LAN
well for regions that actually matter i'm sure riot tries to make sure they're on lan
