Try going for a walk
Exercising
doing chores

Don’t go on your phone or any other devices. Maybe this can help get u motivated

I second this. I’m working in my doctorate rn. This is very good advice. Set a timer for 25-30 min or however long your max lock in time is. Then, after it’s done, do not get on ur phone. Walk for 5 min, and then reset the timer.

i had the exact same thing, it feels inevitable, even when i really want to i cant lock in

but keep trying, believe in yourself that you can lock in. once there really is no other choice left but to lock in, because its 1 day before the exam, i usually do lock in (even if i have to sacrifice some sleep)

also making like 5 mins of progress is worth it and feels better than doing absolutely nothing

if you cant do any work at all, just do 5 minutes of work RIGHT NOW as youre reading this and then at least you can prove to yourself you have it in you

Depends on where you are going they don't have to be that high tbh but then again it's good to do some work it's mocks at the end of the day it's not that serious

I feel like it depends on how competitive the course itself is and how nice your teachers are in terms of giving out predicted grades I got 5 offers for courses that were around the ABB range while being predicted BBBB so it really depends

idk but the courses i want to go say entry req of like ABB - A*AA dependent of the course

ahhhh makes sense

tbf i never bothered with my y12 mocks and just got my school to up my predicted grades to what i needed, if they go wrong last resort you can always try that so long as they are "achievable" for you

First a level exam in 7 days from now and I'm just now starting to revise for 3 of my subjects I did way too much maths revision

From what I know about both of them (I don't do either econ or history so take it with a grain of salt) econ gets easier as you do it and history is a lot of remembering so I guess just try your best for now
I've spent 2 weeks straight revising maths and feel the exact same as when I started so it's not looking good for me

if you have chatgpt plus its actually a good resource to study as long as you give it the right prompts

i think theres a 1 month free trial for gpt plus not sure if its still on tho
but im not sure what subjects OP even does, if its maths physics chem etc its good if its essay heavy stuff im not so sure because past gcses ive never done essay heavy subjects
