Title! Thanks 🙏
Not sure how much of a tip this is but don't get into the mindset of thinking things will just get better in the future if you just wait go try to do something even if you don't think it's great go open yourself up to new things if you can
but the real non gym advice would be set quantifiable goals for yourself and work towards them one step at a time
if u eat proper food, u dont need to gym, all u need is to walk daily
you think your gonna put on muscle from just eating? lean body mass has been shown to increase average quality of life and longevity. idk what typa black pill youtubers you use to cope not going to the gym with but that aint it chief
for people who work desk jobs and dont get much exercise you really should lift at least a little bit or you're gonna have hella neck and back problems
going outside for a walk of at least 20m every day has proven health, mental health and brain benefits! and it’s a way to go on a small adventure, go somewhere you haven’t been before. that usually feels like a small win for me.
