rito tries to help china by giving them more prep time but it doesnt help cause the region is shit so they bomb out 0-2
if americas had the same amount of prep time as every other region theyd just win every event so riot delays them by a week
The Americas region this year will announce all draws for masters and champs just like Pacific was a week behind last year while americas was on time. Its purposefully set that way just in case any tech pauses or such. Example, EMEA had like a week tech pause to replace computers and such so if they hadnt moved Pacific games a week out it would mess up Pacific announcing the draws for groups that year. The format is changing next yr so it prob will be diff in the future.
