Admin didnt call the pause
The exact same thing happened during breeze when SEN ran during tech pause
Now I am gonna go on good faith arguement and say Sen didnt know. I know Ethan did, but it was not good faith, he didnt stop jumping around, knowing there might be tech pause. But he didnt break any rules. He did break a moral one. But not the rulebook cause retroactively Sen did the same, except Ethan had burden of proof in his mind.

Argue me, and only if you think he should persued by Riot cause he did nothing wrong according to rule book. if you are gonna cite that he had to stop during this tech pause, you are wrong cause theoretically there was no tech pause as there no pause in timer or indication from admins

Referee will pause the game if the reason is determined to be valid. "
Now I am assuming when Ethan started moving while JohnKD was still talking to Ref about the tech pause or they were determining whether it was valid before letting everyone know it was "valid tech pause"

Referee will pause the game if the reason is determined to be valid. Players are
not allowed to initiate a technical pause in-game on their own."
