so like
every country has its own league
e.g. England has the Premier League (and other divisions too ofc)
France has Ligue 1, Spain has La Liga, Germany has Bundesliga, Italy has Serie A, US has MLS (if ur american idk)
the widely regarded most competitive domestic league is English Premier League

You're not gonna find your regular esports streams/watchparties because these are massive leagues with broadcasting rights so people can't legally stream the games
If you want to watch games yourself, you can either watch it on TV or on a partnered streaming service (or online on a sketchy website, which is totally not what I personally do). As far as watching with others goes, you can either go somewhere the game is being watched by a lot of people (like #7, for example), or you can find a watchalong on YouTube (which is basically just a YouTuber streaming their live reaction... you would need to be watching both the match and the watchalong for it to make sense)
