He has been properly arrested now. The news broke a while ago of the body, but he has now been cuffed for an investigation and potential trial. I've read that they may even try to dish out a death penalty on him.
The two options are life without parole or the death penalty. And if they can, they will usually try to pursue the death penalty to make an example of a criminal case. D4vd pleaded not guilty so it could get really bad for him if a substantial amount of evidence incriminates him

it becomes more difficult when he is singing about things similar to what he did. you can separate old kanye songs cause hes not actively praising the moustache man in those but d4vd is a bit more on the fence.
considering that a majority of hollyweird/top music stars do shady shit, you kinda have to separate art from artists or you are screwed..... you can still enjoy something while acknowledging the person who did it is fucking horrible, they arent mutually exclusive
if u really want to listen that badly just download them as mp3s so he doesnt get royalties
There are weird singers. I can never respect Chris Brown for how he keeps abusing his gf's but it's a shame he had banger music. You can still separate the music from the artist if possible.
