I think it is coach problem: they cannot outplay opponent's playstyle, it is just random 4 good players together. They don't have their strong playstayle too for opponents to read and counter.
Nah NBS and D00mbros are great coach, they just need to remove Ass0n0 from the team. Already 5 years for nothing deliverer. Imagine -18 without IGLing, running like headless chicken with shaky aim
Cned was very good with jett and he always was playing it. Cryo is very good on chamber and he plays viper/cypher? Like wtf?

Muggle is a champs winning coach and engh is a masters winning coach, does that make them good coaches? Obviously not, so being a major winning coach means nothing if you were never able to repeat that success past a single event or year.
I don't see a problem except they just put cryo on weird roles, like we have a flex, and his name is Asuna, put that dude on the weird roles, and question why are sen and thieves playing sage on split, I don't see value out of an agent like sage on split, like she can do some decent walls but like realistically i'd rather have like a skye or a extra duelist.
i gotta admit i was super high on them after the yoru nerfs, i thought they were ahead of the meta. But thats the thing with 100T, when you think they're gonna do something they instantly disappoint
