https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-5NY50BXvI, no two-team of the same region placed in the same group

Why are they placed together in the same group i don't unerstand?

because it was only valid for the champions tournament but this is unfair 2 Turkish teams should not be in one group

yup it's really unfair that this way only one of the turkish teams will go to relegation instead of both

I guess, if they were in different groups and regional teams had to leave the tournament underperforming made a bad things for regions

but i think too its just unfair

I mean it's not really unfair. just odd. I mean no matter what you would have 2 cis teams on one side though because Gambit qualified directly through circuit points. But I guess they probably should've put #1 seed of turkey against #2 seed of CIS and #1 seed of CIS against #2 seed of Turkey and do the rest of the seeding normally. Honestly not the worst groups. It's not insanely unbalanced imo, but wish we could've gotten more fun matches.

Technically aren't three CIS teams in the same group too? Unless I'm wrong I though FPX went through CIS now?

Yea. But no matter what you would have 2 CIS teams on one side. I mean Gambit really shouldn't matter in this convo though. I mean they didn't even play all year so far though.
