Why doesn't Riot just increase the pullout time for bucky/judge/shorty? Would solve a lot of the issues with having no counterplay against certain neon/dive duelist plays, and wouldn't kill the agents or the shotguns themselves.

the problem isnt just neon when it comes to shotguns
she brings out a fundamental issue: nobody should be moving like prime houdini in an FPS
why though
even cs has some movement player like sliding or surfing things
not my opinion, personally I think the difference in util and movement between games is what makes them all the more enjoyable to watch separately, but if riot really wants to go the route of "no more util >.<" then she doesn't belong
The game is in a bit of a weird place rn, yoru/waylay/neon were too good at destroying site holds, so instead of making sentinel agents good again, they nerf yoru and waylay. Which, whatever, it helps to balance ig, but they kept neon the same, which is weird imo

i think neon got popular cuz now you needed to bodycheck a lot of angles with out a drone or a sova etc
so if they nerf her as well then raze might see a rise in pickrates then they nerf her

This is why I think nerfing the shotgun pullout is a good solution. There's always going to be a duelist that can take space quickly, and that shouldn't necessarily always be removed. Nerfing the ability to quickly take space and insta pullout a one-shot gun would help fix this issue without killing a whole class of agents.
raze is way more balanced than neon
the power imbalance when comparing just their ults alone is fucking ridiculous
I think she should probably get a movement speed nerf, maybe like 15-20%, but if Riot aren't wanting to nerf her, changing the shotgun pullout time seems like an easy fix to get rid of some of the ridiculous stuff neon can do.
