I have no problem with OCE getting a team in Pacific, but does OCE's orgs have the budget to facilitate riot's demand? Like with VN, I think riot would not be against having a VN team but VN's orgs just can't pay these big salaries and bootcamps.

I think ocenia faces the biggest problem of not getting good team to prac against from other regions. They get like 100 ping on SG

org doesnt have to be from oce

team secret isnt an apac org but they have a filipino team for example

Yeah and the best oce teams in cs for example renagades/100t were on na orgs so it's still doable
